3. Where do you see yourself five years from now? 你怎麼看五年以後的自己？
五年是很長的時間，可是也會很快的過去。有遠見的主管需要知道你有沒有改變的彈性。每一個人都想要成為被重視的團員，每一個人都可以說自己會做到最好。這時候趕快運用高效率的動力單字 (action words)，讓面試你的人對你印象深刻。
(建議用法) I believe that we will be creating new paradigm, inventing great strategies, and also designing innovative concepts. Most of all, I believe that I will be raising my personal standards, and keep on contributing.
我相信，我們將建設，並重新建設的模式，發明與再發明策略，設計與再度設計理念。最重要的是，我相信我會提高自我標準，並不斷的貢獻。
